Red Cedar Trees
A large park of Nookta Coast National Park is made up out of forests. This park is in the West Coast forest vegetation region. The treses in this region are large, and there are many temperate rainforests around here. There are many types of trees including the following: Douglas Fir, Sitka, Spruce, Red Cedar, Western Hemlock, Cedar and Yellow Cypress.
Soils
The soil region Nookta Coast National Park is the Complex Soils of Mountain Areas region. The soil here is leaching soil. The topsoil is thin and there are little natural nutreints but its very moist.
